Freehold Leedon Green (Former Tulip Garden) has been purchased in one of the most significant projects en bloc this year. The real estate site where upcoming prestigious Leedon Green will be constructed was sold after four collective sale attempts to Singapore Exchange listed, Yanlord Land Group. The property investment company bought the Farrer Road Condominium site with a 20.4% price increase from the previous reserve price worth $753 million that was submitted by the residents of the size 316,708 sq ft estate.
