SINGAPORE: Luxury project Marina One Residences at Marina Bay has attracted strong interest.
According to the developer M+S, more than 85 per cent of the 242 units released so far have already been taken up. M+S is a joint venture between Singapore's Temasek Holdings and Malaysia's Khazanah Nasional.
Public sale will commence this weekend. The prices range from S$1,960 per square foot to S$3,100 per square foot. With two 34-storey residential towers, there will be a total of 1,042 units in the project, and 70 per cent of these are one- and two-bedroom flats.
